Abstract

Temperature and humidity are things that play a very important role in the computer laboratory room. One of the big problems that occurs in the Computer Laboratory room is the problem of fluctuating temperature and humidity, if this happens it will affect the performance of the devices in the Computer Laboratory room, including computers, laptops and networks in the Computer Laboratory room. . If the temperature or humidity value is very high, of course it will also affect network performance, one of which is that the computer network will feel slow and less than optimal. So in the Computer Laboratory room there is a need for tools that are useful for controlling the rise and fall of the temperature in the Computer Laboratory room. According to the Ministry of Education and Culture (1994:7), a laboratory is a place where experiments and research are carried out. Based on the Ministry of Health No.1204 of 2004, the minimum natural ventilation area is 15% of the floor area, the bottom sill of the window is at least 1 meter from the floor, the standard temperature in the laboratory room is 22-26°C with humidity of 35-60%, equipped with reducing equipment. gas and dust emissions. With all the existing problems and weaknesses, researchers used the DHT11 sensor and NodeMCU ESP8266 to measure two parameters of temperature and humidity. The measured temperature and humidity measurement values can be processed further according to the required requirements. The DHT11 sensor will receive input from temperature and humidity measurement values, furthermore this DHT11 sensor will directly produce digital data output
