Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Auditor's Financial Rewards, Work Environment and Job Market Consideration on Accounting Students' Interest in a Career as an Auditor. Thisstudy uses quantitative methods using primary data obtained from questionnaires. The population of this study consisted of university in Surabaya accounting students and used a sample of 93 respondents. Data analysis with SmartPLS version 3.0. The results of this study indicate that Financial Rewards, Work Environment and Job Market Consideration have a significant effect on Accounting Students' Interest in a Career as an Auditor
