Abstract
PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 West Surabaya is a business entity in the electricity sector that serves customer needs for various levels of society with a smaller scope. PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 West Surabaya is a forum for the community to interact directly with PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 West Surabaya in the fulfillment of electricity services. PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 West Surabaya which is located at Jl. Raya Taman Barat. No.48D, Kec. Taman, Sidoarjo Regency, East Java. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of organizational commitment, work motivation, occupational safety and health (K3) on employee performance at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 West Surabaya. The sampling in this study amounted to 79 people. Sampling in this study the authors used saturated samples where all members of the population were used as research samples. This research is a quantitative study to determine the relationship between the independent variable and the dependent variable. So that this research uses a questionnaire filled out by respondents who are sampled in this study. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Hypothesis testing using the t test, F test, coefficient of determination test, while the data analysis methods used include Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical assumption test. The results of this study indicate that organizational commitment, work motivation, safety and health are the most important factors in the performance of employees.
