Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation on Employee Performance at PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. The number of samples used in this research was 53 production employees using the saturated sampling method. The type of research used is quantitative research. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this research show that the variables Work Discipline, Work Motivation and Compensation have an influence on employee performance. With the results of the t-test analysis on the variables: (1) Work Discipline obtained a t-count of - 0.605 < t-table 2.011 with a significant value of 0.548 > 0.05, (2) Work Motivation obtained a t-count value of 5.880 > t-table 2.011 with a significant value of 0.000 < 0.05, (3) Compensation obtained a t-calculated value of 2.368 > t-table 2.011 with a significant value of 0.022 < 0.05, (4) Simultaneously Work Discipline, Work Motivation, and Compensation obtained a calculated f value 32.285 > f-table 2.79 with a significance value of 0.000 < 0.05.
