Abstract
Based on observations from researchers regarding the performance and work programs carried out by BEM UNTAG, of course there is certain planning and organization, the level of human resource quality is still low, the use of available facilities is less than optimal, and the government's role is useful in optimizing student potential. So the value of productivity and creativity in a student organization must be taken so that there is an evaluation of the organization, so that it can be said to be productive and creative if the programmed planning is successfully implemented. The focus of this research is the analysis of the productivity and creativity of the Student Executive Board of the University of 17 August 1945, University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya, with the aim of analyzing the productivity and creativity achievements of the Student Executive Board of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya, as well as analyzing the productivity and creativity of the management of the Student Executive Board of the University of 17 August 1945 Surabaya. By creating KPI indicators based on creativity and productivity indicators, and assisted by the HRSc method to group KPIs into 4 HRSc perspectives, an analysis of productivity and creativity achievements was obtained using descriptive qualitative analysis methods. The result is that BEM UNTAG is less productive both as an organization and as individual administrators based on data and observations made by researchers.
