Abstract

This research discusses the influence of Job Insecurity, Job Stress and Self Efficacy on Employee Performance at PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. The research objective to be achieved is to determine and analyze Job Insecurity, Work Stress and Self-Efficacy on employee performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population and sample were 53 respondents from all employees of PT. PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. The data source uses primary data obtained directly from PT employee respondents. PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya. The data collection technique is a survey method with a questionnaire instrument. The data analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Uji t research results show that Job Insecurity has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, Job Stress has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, and Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F Test show that the variables Job Insecurity, Job Stress and Self Efficacy simultaneously influence the employee performance of PT. Kedungsari Multipack Surabaya.
