Abstract

BUMDes is a Village-Owned Enterprise which is under the Ministry of Villages, Development of Disadvantaged Areas and Transmigration based on Government Regulation No. 11 of 2021. Village-Owned Enterprise, hereinafter referred to as BUM Desa, is a legal entity established by villages and/or together with villages to manage business, utilize assets, develop investment and productivity, provide services, and/or provide other types of business for the greatest welfare of the Village community. This research aims to determine the management of BUMDes in Plumpang sub-district, especially in four villages, namely Bandungrejo Village, Klotok Village, Kepohagung Village, and Kesamben Village. The type of data used in this research is qualitative data. The data collection technique in this research is by using primary and secondary data, where primary data is obtained by researchers through interviews with informants, while for secondary data, researchers obtain data in the form of accountability report files and researchers also collect data by means of documentation. Author researched in four villages, namely: Klotok Village; Bandungrejo Village; Kepohagung Village; and Kesamben Village. The author used three informants in each village, so in four villages the author's informants were 12 people, namely: Village Head, BUMDES Management, Village Supervisory Board (BPD). The analysis technique used is data triangulation which is carried out by researchers to search for truth by taking information through original documents or original data sourced from the place being studied, as well as using data reduction where the researcher has processed the collected data in accordance with the research focus. Based on the results of this research, in increasing PADes, BUMDes Jaya Makmur contributes 20% each year. Even though it's small, it can help the village economy. Then, the Klotok village business contributed 45% to PADes, BUMDes Tirto Kencono contributed 60% to PADes and finally BUMDes Jaya Makmur Sentosa contributed 53%. All BUMDes contribute to Pades and the average increases every year.
