Abstract
The type of research used is quantitative research methods. The population in this research is all mixue customers. The sampling technique used in this research was random sampling. The instrument used to measure variables in this research used a questionnaire. As an instrument, the questionnaire must meet the main requirements, namely valid and reliable. This questionnaire will later be distributed manually at the research location. From the results of the research that has been carried out, it can be seen that the product quality variable (x1) has a significant and positive effect on consumer satisfaction as proven by the t test. The customer trust variable (x2) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction as proven by the t test. The taste variable (x3) has a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction as proven by the t test. Meanwhile, product quality (x1), customer trust (x2) and taste (x3) simultaneously have a significant and positive effect on customer satisfaction as proven by the anova test which shows the f test or simultaneously obtained a significance value of 0.000 or smaller than 0.05 ( 0.000 <0.05).
