Abstract
This research is intended to identify the influence of work motivation, work environment and organizational culture on the performance of Sidoarjo Public Health Center employees. The number of samples in this study was 50 people using a saturated sampling method. The analysis used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with results showing that work motivation, work environment and organizational culture have a positive influence on employee performance. The technique used in this research for hypothesis testing uses the T test (Partial) and F test (Simultaneous). Meanwhile, the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis methods, validity tests, reliability tests and classical assumption tests. In this research, it was found that overall the variable indicators used in this research showed valid and reliable results with a Cronbach's Alpha coefficient value > 0.60. The results of the classical assumption test also show that this research has fulfilled its requirements. among others, 1. both regressions are free from multicollinearity 2. Heteroskedasticity does not occur 3. The residuals of the regression model are distributed in a spread and normal manner.
