Abstract
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran audit sumber daya manusia program pengelola K3 pada PT Aneka Jasa Grhadika Gresik. Dengan menggunakan Teknik wawancara serta pengumpulan data, hasil dari penelitian ini akan menemukan daftar temuan audit yang akan menjadi rekomendasi untuk perusahaan. Dengan demikian, Hasil dari penelitian ini akan menunjukkan peran audit sdm pada perusahaan telah berjalan secara efisien. Namun dalam SMK3 masih dalam kategori awal dan perlu untuk segera diproses dalam tingkat lanjutan. Pada perusahaan ini telah menerapkan ISO 4:5001 yang mengatur segala prosedur K3. Namun ada hal yang diperhatikan oleh perusahaan yaitu Sistem Manajemen K3 yang masih kategori awal. Hal ini terjadi disebabkan perusahaan masih memproses Sistem Manajemen K3 berkelanjutan. Karena Sistem Manajemen K3 berperan sangat penting untuk mengelola Manajemen K3 secara berkualitas dan memadai. Dari akibat ini perusahaan perlu mempercepat proses system manajemen K3 dari divisi K3 dan perlu menyesuaikan lagi untuk manajemen sebelumnya dan manajemen berkelanjutan.
