Abstract

The Surabaya Single Window (SSW) system enables the exchange of data and information in the same way, the management of information and data simultaneously and consistently, as well as decision-making are features of this system. The system is designed in accordance with the tasks and functions of each SKPD to provide licensing and not licensed services. The research focuses on the success of the Surabaya Single Window (SSW) program in an effort to create an integrated program to increase transparency and accountability as well as increase efficiency and effectiveness in building a quick and appropriate licensing system for the Surabaya city community. Theresearch is aimed at finding out how well the SSW program helped the people of Surabaya obtain permission. In the chosen qualitative descriptive research method, data is collected through interviews, observations, and documentation. The results of research and discussions on the effectiveness of the SSW program at UPTSA Surabaya were assessed by applying the four elements of the program efficiency (Budiani in Gaddafi and Mutiarin (2017) presented several indicators of program evaluation, namely the accuracy of program targets, program socialization, program objectives, and program monitoring. The author can conclude that the SSW program has not been effective in helping the public obtain online permissions.
