Abstract

0To maintain and improve the stability of national road quality in Indonesia, the Ministry of PUPR through the Directorate General of Highways carries out road rehabilitation and repair, one of which is Pantura Road. Based on these problems, this study uses the IRI method, Binamarga and the application of Water Cement Grouting with the aim of analyzing the level of road damage, analyzing what type of handling is in accordance with road damage on the Gresik-Lamongan road section, and the application of the Water Cement Grouting method in repairing road pavement structures. So that from the calculations and results of the analysis, the highest percentage value is obtained which is 34% on Lightly Damaged road conditions, 32% on Medium road conditions, 27% on Heavily Damaged road conditions and the smallest is 7% with good road conditions. For the second method, namely Binamrga with damage assessment results, namely on the (Lamongan Direction) there are 12 improvement programs included in heavy damage, there are 7 periodic maintenance included in the periodic maintenance program qualification and 2 routine maintenance that are included in the routine maintenance program category. On the (Surabaya Direction) there are 14 improvement programs that are included in the category of severely damaged, there are 6 periodic maintenance that can be included in the periodic maintenance program, and there is 1 routine maintenance that can be included in the routine maintenance program. So that the analysis and calculation using both the IRI and Binamarga methods then the STA points that can be applied using the Water Cement-Grouting method which refers to the level of damage and the type of handling that has been calculated before, namely at STA 24 + 800-25 + 100 followed by STA 25 + 300, 25 + 600-25 + 700, 25 + 900-26 + 000, 26 + 300, and 26 + 600-26 + 700 (for the Lamongan direction), then for (Surabaya direction) at STA 26+900, 26+700-26+600, 26+200 followed by 26+000-25+900, 25+700-25+600, 25+500- 25+200 and 24+900-24+800.
