Abstract

The implementation of tourism services is an important tool in development, to create jobs for equal distribution of people's income, introduce cultural arts and natural beauty, and foster a sense of love for the motherland and national unity, especially for the younger generation. Indonesia's tourism development is also intended as a source of foreign exchange for the country. Likewise, the development of Kalimas water tourism aims to make Kalimas an alternative tourist attraction for family recreation that is representative, cheap and lively. In addition, he also wants to make Surabaya a tourist destination (DTW) in East Java. This report is motivated by the potential problem of Kalimas Boat Tourism, and looks at the efforts made by the Surabaya City Tourism Office to develop Kalimas Surabaya water tourism to become the first water tourism in the center of Surabaya. The purpose of this study is to analyze the potential and strategy for developing the Kalimas Boat Tourism Object in Surabaya such as improving service quality and the methods and strategies used in introducing this tourist attraction so that it attracts tourists who will visit. This research was conducted in the Achievement Park which is located on Jalan Ketabang Kali and the research method used is the Quantitative Research Method which aims to develop theories and provide a clear and accurate description of the phenomenon being investigated. Meanwhile, the information chosen to help write this final project included the Surabaya City Tourism Office, the Regional Technical Implementation Unit (UPTD), watercraft managers at the tourist park and visitors to the Kalimas Boat tourism park. Based on the results of the instrument test, multiple linear regression analysis, Coefficient of Determination (R2), F test and t test, it shows that Service Quality, Promotion and Price Perception both partially and simultaneously have a significant effect on Consumer Satisfaction in visiting the Kalimas Boat Tourism Object in Surabaya.
