Abstract
This study aims to determine and analyze the influence of organizational culture, transformational leadership style and work spirit on the performance of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Perak Surabaya employees either partially or simultaneously. In this study, the population used were all employees of BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Tanjung Perak Surbaya with a random sampling technique using the slovin formula with a sample size of 50 respondents. The analytical techniques used are validity, reliability, multiple linear regression and coefficient of determination analysis, for hypothesis testing using partial test (t) and simultaneous test (F). From the results of multiple linear regression test Y= 0.613+ 0.253 X1 +0.456X2 + 0.294 X3, this simultaneously shows the effect of X1, X2, and X3 simultaneously on Y. And the calculated F value is 332,074. It is known that the significance value for organizational culture (X1) on employee performance (Y) is 0.008 t table 2.008 This shows that the hypothesis in this study H0 is rejected. Ha is accepted. It is known that the significance value for transformational leadership style (X2) on employee performance (Y) is 0.001 < 0.05 and the t value is 3.732 > t table is 2.008. This shows that the hypothesis in this study H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. It is known that the significance value for morale (X3) on employee performance (Y) is 0.002 < 0.05 and the t value is 3.301 > t table is 2.008. This shows that the hypothesis in this study H0 is rejected, Ha is accepted. And it is known that the value of R square is .953 This shows how much variation from the independent variable and by variations in employee performance (Y) can be explained by the three independent variables, namely organizational culture (X1), transformational leadership style (X2) and work spirit (X1). X3), while the remaining = 100% - 95.3% = 4.7% is explained by other variables. Keywords: organizational culture, transformational leadership style, morale, employee performance
