Abstract

This research aims to find out and analyze the Effect Organizational Culture, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance Sub-Directorate Process Control and Planning of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. The population in this research amounted to 67 employees, sampling techniques using the Slovin method so that 57 respondents were obtained. The data analysis techniques used are validity test, reliability test, and classical assumption tests. The hypothesis test used is multiple linear regression in the form of test t, test F, and coefficient of determination (R2). This research was conducted at SubDirectorate Process Control and Planning of PDAM Surya Sembada Surabaya City. The results showed that in the t (partial) test organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance, the work environment is an insignificant effect on employee performance, work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. While in the F test (simultaneously) showed that organizational culture, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
