Abstract

Human resources have an important role for a company, therefore human resources must get special attention to find out indicators and get qualified employees in order to minimize the occurrence of problems or unwanted incidents in the company. Knowledge and skills in human resources are needed for all employees for the progress of the company. Therefore, human resources are an important asset in the company, in this case PT. Elnusa Petrofin which is engaged in distributing one price fuel oil throughout Indonesia. The author's purpose is to determine the effect of organizational commitment, occupational health safety, on work discipline and employee performance at PT Elnusa Petrofin Integrated Terminal Makassar. The data collected were 156 samples for each variable, from a total of 285 people at PT. Elnusa Petrofin Integrated Terminal Makassar. This research uses quantitative data analysis method, with SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) using software, namely AMOS and SPSS to perform data processing and analysis. The results of the study prove that organizational commitment, occupational health safety, work discipline and employee performance have a positive effect on employee involvement and performance at PT Elnusa Petrofin Integrated Terminal Makassar so that it can produce quality employees and minimize incidents.
