Abstract
Human resources are one of the most important assets for the company, but sometimes it is often overlooked as a valuable asset for the company. Human resources are also one of the most decisive successes for the survival of a company, both a private company and a public company, because humans are the governing and executing elements of every company activity. This study aims to find out how the influence consists of work stress variables, work environment and motivation on employee performance. This type of research uses a quantitative approach and with the survey method to 56 respondents who work at CV. Setia Makmur Gresik. Processing the data is done by using multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results of the regression equation are Y = 0.323 + 0.249X1 + 0.354X2 + 0.366X3 means that the independent variable (work stress, work environment and motivation) has a direct influence on the dependent variable (employee performance). The results of the Determination Coefficient are 0.679 which means 67.9% and the remainder is influenced by other factors 33.1%. The test results influence the work stress variable (X1) which is known that therefore thitung (2,506)> t table (1,675) and the resulting significance value of 0,015 which is smaller than 0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The test results influence the variable Work Environment (X2) which is known thitung (3,437)> t table (1,675) and the resulting significance value is 0,001 which is smaller than 0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. The test results influence the Motivation variable (X3) tcount (3,130)> t table (1,675) and the resulting significance value is 0,003 which is smaller than 0,05, then Ho is rejected and H1 is accepted. F test results to find out or test the effect of independent variables namely work stress (X1), work environment X2) motivation (X3) together or simultaneously to the dependent variable, namely employee performance (Y). from the results of the calculation above shows that Fcount is 36,682 with a significant value of 0,000. therefore, the value of Fcount> Ftable and the value of the resulting Significance is 0,000 which is smaller than 0.05, it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. Thus the hypothesis states that work stress, work environment and motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance on CV. Setia Makmur Gresik and the most dominant variables are the Work Environment (X2).
