Abstract

This research uses a quantitative and qualitative approach. The population used in this research are all employees of PT. Selaras Sukses Sejahtera in Surabaya as many as 40 people. The hypothesis in this research is there is the influence of transformational leadership style and the physical work environment partially and simultaneous toward performance of employees. The data collection method used is by instruments questionnaire. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, and multiple linear regression analysis. The hypothesis test used is t test and F test. Data analysis in this research uses the help of SPSS version 16. Based on the research results obtained from significant test partially (t) and simultaneous (f) indicates that the: Variables Partial Test between (X1) against (Y), based on calculation obtained tcount = 3.719 > ttable = 2.024 so Ho rejected on a significant level of 5% so in conclusion partially variable (X1) had a significant influence against the variable (Y). Partial Test between (X2) against (Y), based on calculation obtained tcount = 7.362 > ttable = 2.024 so Ho rejected on a significant level of 5% so in conclusion partially variable (X2) had a significant influence against the variable (Y). The results of the hypothesis (F) Test Simultaneous known Fcount > Ftable, that is 53.536 > 3.25. Additionally significant 0.000 < 0.05, this means the independent variable (X1 and X2) simultaneously influential significantly to the dependent variable (Y).
