Abstract
This study aims to find out about the Effect of Brand Image, Facilities, and Service Quality on Patient Satisfaction at Lumajang Wijaya Kusuma Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative and the sample technique used is accidental sampling. The sample taken was 80 respondents. Data collection techniques using questionnaires. The data analysis technique uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. From the results of multiple linear regression analysis the regression equation is obtained as follows: Y = 1,845+ 0,417 X1 + 0,349 X2 + 0,497 X3 From the equation, it is known that the largest regression coefficient is in the Service Quality variable (X3) which is 0.497, so the Service Quality variable has the greatest influence on Patient Satisfaction (Y) in Wijaya Kusuma Lumajang Hospital and Brand Image (X1) and Facilities ( X2) has an influence on the patient's satisfaction at Lumajang Wijaya Kusuma Hospital.
