Abstract

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of leadership and motivation on the performance of the staff of the Library Service and Archives Provinnsi East Java. Data collection was done through questionnaires distributed and implemented on 50 Employees of Library Service and Archives Provinnsi East Java Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis that aims to calculate the magnitude of regression coefficients to show the magnitude of influence of variables Influence Style Leadership, Motivation and Work Discipline Against Employee Performance. In addition, the validity test, reliability test, and classic assumption test included normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Based on the results of the study, there are no variables that deviate from the classical assumption, it indicates that the available data have been qualified to use multiple linear regression equation model. From result of research indicate that leadership style and motivation partially have positive effect to employee performance
