Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of compensation on employee loyalty at PT. Berlian Cleaning Industry in Gresik. Prove and analyze the effect of job satisfaction on employee loyalty at PT. Berlian Cleaning Industry in Gresik. Prove and analyze the effect of transformational leadership style on employee loyalty at PT. Berlian Cleaning Industry in Gresik. Prove and analyze the simultaneous effect of compensation, job satisfaction and transformational leadership style on employee loyalty at PT. Berlian Cleaning Industry in Gresik. The subjects of this study were employees at PT. Berlian Cleaning Industry in Gresik with a population of 55 employees in the company. The research instrument used observation and questionnaires with a Likert scale of 1-5. The type of data in this study uses quantitative data. The data source used in this study is primary data. The technique used by researchers in taking samples is non probability sampling. The data analysis technique in this study will be carried out using the help of the SPSS program which consists of Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test, Determination Coefficient, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, F Test and t Test. The results of the t-test analysis show that the compensation variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the job satisfaction variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty, the transformational leadership style variable has a positive and significant effect on employee loyalty. The results of the f-test show that the compensation variable, job satisfaction, and transformational leadership style simultaneously influence employee loyalty. The influence of the Compensation, Job Satisfaction, and Transformational Leadership Style variables is able to explain its influence on the dependent variable Employee Loyalty by 48% while the remaining 52% is explained by the variability of other variables not examined in this study.
