Abstract

PT. PLN (Persero) UPJ Hamlet Kupang is a company engaged in the field of electricity. The background of this research problem shows that human behavior is the main cause of work discipline and the impact resulting from this work discipline can have bad consequences, such as work accidents due to not wearing personal protective equipment (PPE) or incomplete equipment, and ultimately detrimental to all parties. Be it yourself, your family and even the company. This research was conducted on the employees of PT PLN Persero's network field labor. This is because the technical services department has a lot to do and uses dangerous equipment such as jobs related to high electric voltage. The purpose of the research to be achieved in accordance with the formulation of the problems outlined above is to prove and analyze the effect of work discipline, organizational culture and occupational health safety on employee performance at PT. PLN UPJ Dukuh Kupang. The population of this study was 69 employees of PT. PLN Persero UPJ Hamlet Kupang with saturated sampling using questionnaire instrument data collection. This type of research is quantitative which explains how much influence between variables. The data analysis technique used is the instrument test, classic assumption test and multiple linear regression. With the SPSS statistical program (statistical package for social science) version 16. After conducting research, analysis and data processing using the SPSS program it can be seen from the results of the partial test (T test) that the variables of work discipline, organizational culture and occupational health safety have three significant effects on employee performance, while using the simultaneous test (F test) it can be seen that simultaneously the variables of work discipline, organizational culture, and occupational health safety significantly influence employee performance.
