Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan model kerangka konseptual melalui pengujian dan analisis yang didasarkan pada penelitian terdahulu. Model kerangka konseptual ini diterapkan di PT Surya Madistrindo Area Operation Jember. Penelitian berlangsung selama periode September 2024 - Desember 2024. Penelitian ini mengacu pada teori Leader-Member Exchange (LMX) dan menggunakan metode analisis kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian kausal untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan sebab-akibat. Data dianalisis menggunakan teknik path analysis dengan bantuan perangkat lunak SmartPLS 4.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa work environment memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap work discipline, work discipline berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance, dan work environment berpengaruh signifikan terhadap employee performance. Temuan ini dapat dijadikan sebagai bahan pertimbangan bagi perusahaan. Variabel yang memiliki pengaruh terbesar diusulkan untuk dipertahankan, sementara variabel dengan pengaruh yang lebih kecil perlu ditingkatkan kembali.
