Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian yang dilakukan ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan dukungan sosial dan efikasi diri dengan burnout pada nggota brigade mobile (brimob) di Daerah Nginden Surabaya Timur. Pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode kauntitatif. Populasi pada penelitian ini yaitu anggota brigade mobile (brimob) di Daerah Nginden Surabaya timur yang bejumlah 125 anggota. Teknik pengambila sampel pada penelitian ini, yaitu studi populasi yang mana mengambil keseluruhan jumlah populasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah Spearman Rho. Hasil yang diperoleh dari analisis data menunjukkan bahwa antara dukungan sosial dengan burnout memperoleh skor korelasi -0,293 dengan skor signifikansi p = 0,000 <0,01. Artinya ada hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara dukungan sosial dengan burnout. Kemudian, antara efikasi diri dan burnout memperoleh skor korelasi sebesar -0,427 dengan signifikansi p = 0,000 <0,01, yang berarti ada hubungan negatif dan sangat signifikan antara efikasi diri dengan burnout. Berdasarkan atas hasil tersebut, dapat disimpulkan bahwa hipotesis diterima.
