Abstract
This study aims to find out whether self-efficacy, adversity quotient, and Social Support have an influence on the performance of Laguna Surabaya MSE business actors. Because in the face of today's fierce business competition, Micro and Small Business actors must provide good and optimal achievements in their business performance. This study uses a quantitative approach. The sample in this study is Laguna Surabaya MSE business actors. The number of samples in this study used all business actors as many as 50 respondents. The sample technique used was non�probability sampling, with the method used being saturated sample. The data of this study was collected through questionnaires that had been distributed, as well as the data analysis techniques used in this study, namely the Multiple Linear Regression Test, t-Test, F-Test, and Coefficient of Determination. The results of this study show that the partial analysis test of the F test in this study shows that Self-Efficacy, Adversity Quotient and Social Support have a significant effect together (simultaneously) on the Performance of Laguna Surabaya MSE Business Actors. Thus, it can be said that the three variables, namely Self-Efficacy, Adversity Quotient and Social Support, simultaneously and partially have a significant influence on the Performance of Laguna Surabaya MSE Business Actors. The Self-Efficacy variable is the most dominant variable on the Performance of Surabaya Laguna Business Actors. Therefore, business actors are expected to increase their confidence in the business field they are engaged in, for example by attending several seminars to increase their knowledge. In addition, business actors must pay attention to themselves in controlling and managing their emotions well and from the cooperation carried out by the business actor community to government agencies can help business actors.
