Abstract

Property is one of the important investments in life. Housing development is increasingly rising due to the high population growth rate, especially in Sidoarjo district. Not only that, competition for property business players is increasing, especially in big cities. This research aims to determine and analyze the influence of Google Adwords and product design on the decision to purchase a house in Krian Sejahtera Indah Regency Sidoarjo, both partially and simultaneously. The type of research uses quantitative research and the nature of this research is associative research. The instrument used is a questionnaire distributed to 96 consumers who had purchased a house, then the data that had been collected was analyzed through classical assumption testing and hypothesis testing using IBM SPSS 25. The research results showed that Google Adwords had a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions, and product design also had a positive and significant influence. on purchasing decisions. Simultaneously, Google Adwords and Product Design have a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase a house at Krian Sejahtera Indah Regency.
