Abstract
This research aims to determine the simultaneous and partial influence of Organizational Culture, Employee Engagement, on Job Trust and Employee Performance at PT. FIF Group Lamongan Branch. This type of research is quantitative research and all data is obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees of PT. FIF Group Lamongan Branch, totaling 58 people. The data analysis methods used are outer loading/loading vector, average variable extraction (AVE), composite reliability (CR), Cronbach's alpha, inner model, and hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing techniques and data analysis using SmartPLS4. The results of this research indicate that Employee Engagement simultaneously has a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. FIF Group Lamongan Branch. Other results show that partially Organizational Culture affects Employee Performance at PT. FIF Group Lamongan Branch has a positive and insignificant effect, other results: Organizational Culture through Job Trust on Employee Performance and Employee Engagement through Job Trust on Employee Performance has a positive and insignificant effect.
