Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada hubungan antara self-leadership dengan proactive behavior pada mahasiswa yang mengikuti program MBKM. Analisis ini menggunakan variabel independent self-leadership dan variabel dependen yaitu proactive behavior. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan metode kuantitatif korelasional. Teknik pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan sampling jenuh atau total sampling dengan sampel sebanyak 135 mahasiswa. Subjek pada penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa yang mengikuti program MBKM. Instrumen pada penelitian ini yaitu skala self-leadership dan skala proactive behavior. Teknik analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS versi 25.0 for Windows. Hasil koefisien korelasi sebesar 0,522 yang menunjukkan bahwa tingkat koefisien korelasi pada penelitian ini terdapat hubungan yang positif, dengan taraf signifikasi sebesar 0,000 (p = <0,05). Artinya semakin tinggi tingkat self-leadership yang dimiliki oleh mahasiswa maka akan semakin tinggi proactive behavior mahasiswa tersebut. Sebaliknya, apabila semakin rendah tingkat self-leadership pada mahasiswa maka akan semakin rendah proactive behavior yang dimilikinya.
