Abstract

The research objective to be achieved in accordance with the problem formulation above is to determine, analyze and answer the influence of the Work Environment, Work Stress and Workload on the Performance of PT Employees. Almaguna Cargo Surabaya. This research uses quantitative methods. Sampling was carried out using a saturated sampling technique with a total of 58 employees as respondents. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Meanwhile, the classical assumption tests used include the Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, and Heteroscedasticity Test. The research results show in the t test carried out partially that the Work Environment variable has a significant positive effect on employee performance, the Job Stress variable has no significant effect on employee performance, and the Workload variable has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. And regarding the f test, it shows that the variables Non-Physical Work Environment, Work Stress and Workload simultaneously influence PT Employee Performance. Almaguna Cargo Surabaya.
