Abstract
Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi dengan Resiliensi pada Pekerja Kota di Surabaya. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan penelitian korelasional. Subjek yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 314 pekerja di Kota Surabaya. Data dalam penelitian ini dikumpulkan melalui penyebaran kuisioner secara online menggunakan Google Form dengan skala likert lima poin. Hasil dari penelitian ini secara simultan hubungan Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi secara simultan dengan Resiliensi adalah sebesar rxy=0,175 dengan sig. 0,000 dimana p<0,01. Artinya secara simultan (bersama-sama) Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi memiliki pengaruh terhadap resiliensi. Semakin tinggi Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi semakin tinggi pula Resiliensi yang dimiliki para pekerja Kota di Surabaya dan sebaliknya semakin rendah Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi semakin rendah pula Resiliensi yang dimiliki para pekerja Kota di Surabaya. Nilai R Square didapat sebesar 0.031 yang berarti Dukungan Keluarga dan Regulasi Emosi memiliki hubungan sebesar 31% terhadap Resiliensi. Sedangkan sisanya, 69% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain.
