Abstract

This research aims to determine the role of human resources audits in the K3 management program at PT. Aneka Jasa Gradika Gresik Services. By using interview techniques and data collection, the results of this research will reveal a list of audit findings which will become recommendations for the company. This company has implemented ISO 4:5001 which regulates all K3 procedures. However, there is something that the company is paying attention to, namely the K3 Management System which is still in the initial category. This happens because the company is still processing a sustainable K3 Management System. Because the K3 Management System plays a very important role in managing K3 Management in a quality and adequate manner. As a result of this, the company needs to speed up the K3 management system process from the K3 division and needs to adapt again to previous management and ongoing management.
