Abstract

Effective marketing communication strategies are key to maintaining customer loyalty in a competitive business environment. CV Kafi Kreatif, as a company aiming to retain existing customers and expand its customer base, must implement a strategic and communication-focused approach. The objective of this research is to identify marketing communication strategies that can help CV Kafi Kreatif in maintaining customer loyalty. Through this research, we will explore several effective marketing communication strategies that can be applied by CV Kafi Kreatif, such as personalized communication, social media usage, loyalty programs, and delivering valuable content. The research methods employed include literature review and case analysis. We will examine best practices in marketing communication within the creative industry and analyze how these strategies can be adopted by CV Kafi Kreatif. The outcomes of this research are expected to provide CV Kafi Kreatif with valuable insights in formulating effective marketing communication strategies. By implementing these strategies, CV Kafi Kreatif can enhance interactions with customers, build stronger relationships, and maintain long-term customer loyalty.
