Abstract
Psychological well-being adalah suatu kondisi individi yang sejahtera dengan mengisi hidupnya secara bermakna sehingga bertujuan secara optimal dan dapat memiliki penilian yang positif atas kehidupannya. Iklim organisasi yang dirasakan oleh individu dianggap dapat mempengaruhi sikap dan perilaku individu terhadap pekerjaannya maka iklim organisasi dapat memberikan pengaruh positif dan pengaruh negatif terhadap psychological well being yang dimiliki seseorang. Psychological capital dapat memengaruhi faktor psychological well-being, apabila individu mampu mengoptimalkan kekuatan dan kapasitas sumber daya dalam diri individu itu sendiri.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara iklim organisasi dan psychological capitalterhadap psychological well-being Anggota TNI – AD Zidam V Brawijaya.Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik random sampling dan melibatkan 170 responden. Hasil penelitian menggunakan uji analisis rank spearman. Hasil uji korelasi antara variable iklim organisasi dengan psychological well-being diperoleh correlation coefficient sebesar 0,678 dan nilai signifikansi diperoleh 0,000 (p < 0,01) maka dinyatakan korelasi. Maka semakin tinggi iklim organisasi semakin tinggi pula psychological well-being. Hasil uji korelasi antara variable psychological capital dengan psychological well-being diperoleh correlation coefficient sebesar 0,713 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 (p < 0,01) maka dinyatakan korelasi. Maka semakin tinggi psychological capital individu maka semakin tinggi pula psychological well-being. Melihat dari hasil tersebut menyatakan bahwa ada hubungan positif antara iklim organisasi dengan psychological well�being dan psychological capital dengan psychological well-being
