Abstract

Psychological well-being is a condition of individuals who are prosperous by filling their lives in a meaningful way so that they aim optimally and can have a positive assessment of their lives. Organizational climate felt by individuals is considered to be able to influence individual attitudes and behavior towards work, so organizational climate can have a positive and negative influence on a person's psychological well-being. Psychological capital can influence psychological well�being factors, if the individual is able to optimize the strength and capacity of the individual's own resources. The purpose of this study was to determine the relationship between organizational climate and psychological capital on the psychological well-being members of TNI AD Zidam V Brawijaya. This study used a random sampling technique and involved 170 respondents. The results of the study used the Spearman rank analysis test. The results of the correlation test between organizational climate variables and psychological well-being obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.678 and a significance score of 0.000 (p < 0.01) then a correlation was stated. So the higher the organizational climate, the higher the psychological well-being. The results of the correlation test between the variables of psychological capital and psychological well-being obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.713 and a significance score of 0.000 (p <0.01), which means a correlation. So the higher the psychological capital of the members, the higher the psychological well-being. Looking at these results it is stated that there is a positive relationship between organizational climate and psychological well�being and psychological capital with psychological well-being.
