Abstract
This study aims to find out The Influence of Integrity, Motivation, and Interpersonal Communication, Towards Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment and Employee Performance of Employees of Directorate General of Customs and Excise Office of East Java Region I. The research population is a number of 1,168 non-structural positions. Using the formula for SEM provisions, the number of samples is 300 respondents. The research method used in this research is the explanatory method. The measurement used to measure respondents' responses in this study is the Likert scale. This study draws a sample using the method of proportional random sampling technique. In this study, data processing and analysis was carried out using AMOS. The results of the study are as follows: a) Motivation, Interpersonal Communication has a significant and positive effect on Job Satisfaction. b) Integrity, Motivation, Interpersonal Communication has a significant and positive effect on Organizational Commitment. c) Integrity, Motivation, Interpersonal Communication, Job Satisfaction, Organizational Commitment has a significant and positive effect on employee performance. d) Integrity has no significant effect on Job Satisfaction. e) Motivation has no significant effect on employee performance.
