Abstract

This research aims to analyze and prove the influence of job satisfaction and Work Spirit on Employee Performance of PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. Job satisfaction and Work morale is an important factor that can influence productivity and performance individuals in an organization. This research method uses a quantitative approach distributed questionnaires to respondents consisting of 45 employees in the marketing department. Data The results obtained were analyzed using multiple regression analysis to test the relationship between job satisfaction, work morale, and employee performance. The research results show that: (1) There is no significant influence between Job satisfaction on employee performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. (2) Yes There is a significant influence between Work Morale on Employee Performance at PT Javadwipa Duta Mandiri Surabaya. Which means the higher the level of work enthusiasm possessed by employees, their performance increases as well. This research provides important implications for human resource management in Indonesia employee management. It is important for companies to pay attention to job satisfaction and morale employee work, because this will have a positive impact on individual and organizational performance as a whole whole
