Abstract

This study aims to prove and analyze the effect of Financial Compensation, Work Motivation, and Work Flexibility on Gojek Driver Performance in Surabaya partially and simultaneously. By optimizing these three variables, it is hoped that the performance of Gojek Drivers in Surabaya will increase. The population used in this study are Gojek drivers in Surabaya. Source of data used in this research is primary data. The sampling technique in this using accidental sampling. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires with a total sample of 100 respondents, then the data was processed and analyzed using the Microsoft Excel 2019 program and SPSS 25 statistics. Data analysis techniques include validity test, reliability test, and coefficient of determination. Search research hypothesis using multiple linear regression in the form of t test and f test. The results of the t test show that Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Flexibility partially have a significant effect on Gojek Driver Performance in Surabaya. The results of the f test show that all independent variables consisting of Financial Compensation, Work Motivation and Work Flexibility simultaneously influence the dependent variable Gojek Driver Performance in Surabaya.
