Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Job Training, Occupational Health Safety, Work Motivation on Employee Performance at Rayon Fire & Rescue Service Surabaya II, Jl. Kenjeran No.120, Tambakrejo, Kec. Simokerto, Surabaya City, East Java 60142. This study used sampling data of 41 employees from the total existing employees, through the distribution of questionnaires. The type of data used is a quantitative research method with a descriptive approach. In this study, obtaining data generated from the t test showed that each independent variable had a partial influence on employee performance with a Job Training regression coefficient (X1) value of 2,865 and a Occupational Health Safety regression coefficient (X2) value of 3,492 while Work Motivation (X3) had a regression coefficient value of 7,749. The data from Test f obtained f calculate > f table, which is 61,868 > 2.86 so that it can be concluded that the independent variables of Job Training (X1), Occupational Health Safety (X2), and Work Motivation (X3) have a simultaneous positive and significant influence on the dependent variable Employee Performance (Y). This research is expected to be used as a reference and basic support in decision making for the Surabaya Rayon II Fire & Rescue Service, which is related to Job Training (X1), Occupational Health Safety (X2), and Work Motivation (X3). In addition, this research is expected to be able to provide new knowledge and insights regarding Job Training (X1), Occupational Health Safety (X2), and Work Motivation (X3)at the Surabaya Rayon II Fire & Rescue Service.
