Abstract

This study aims to determine whether perceptions of price, location, and service quality affect consumer satisfaction Sentra Surabaya Food Street (Gaza), with 100 populations of Sentra Surabaya Food Street (Gaza) consumers using quantitative methods. Testing is done by testing the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS). The analysis technique needed in this study is multiple linear regression, t test, f test for hypothesis analysis, while other tests use validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test consisting of normality test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The results of the research show that all the independent variables simultaneously influence the dependent variable, namely customer satisfaction. While the results of the research partially perceived price, location and quality of service variables have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction.
