Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of product quality, price, and design on consumer buying interest in GN Merch Store merchandise (Case Study on Persebaya Surbaya fans who are members of the Green Nord Tribune 27). The data used is primary data from the distribution of questionnaires distributed on the Google Form with a total of 100 respondents. Data analysis used in this study was a multiple linear regression technique using statistical product and service solutions (SPSS). The results of the study show that the Product Quality Variable has a tcount value that is greater than ttable (3.054 > 1.984) and a smaller significant level (0.003 <0.05). The price variable has a tcount value that is greater than ttable (2.691 > 1.984) and a smaller significant level (0.008 <0.05). The design variable has a tcount value that is smaller than ttable (0.448 < 1.984) and a higher significant level (0.665 > 0.05). This shows that Product Quality and Price have a significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest, while Design has no significant effect on Consumer Purchase Interest. Based on the Ftable of 2.70, the value of Fcount > Ftable is 6.094 > 2.70. This shows that simultaneously (together) there is a significant influence between the Variables of Product Quality, Price and Design on Consumer Purchase Interest. Based on the determination test (R2) of 0.960 or 96% and the remaining 4% is influenced by other factors or variables that are not present in this study.
