Abstract

Employee erformance is the performance of an individual in a company or organization. in any organization, the performance of employees has a major influence in a positive assessment for the organization itself. but in an organization not all employees have good performance to provide. Especially in the library organization Rungkut Surabaya City. In some observations it appears that there are still many employees who still do not understand in serving the visitors, one of which is that there are many shortcomings that must be improved. So that visitors can also assess the quality of service at the Rungkut library. Therefore, to examine the effect of librarian's performance on user satisfaction at the Rungkut Library, Surabaya City. The aim of the researcher is to find out how much influence the employee's performance has to increase user satisfaction (visitors). As well as providing benefits to researchers to develop knowledge and the Rungkut library in Surabaya. The results of this study provide facts about the performance of librarian employees on user satisfaction at the Rungkut Library, Surabaya City. simple regression analysis produces the equation Y = 18.364+0.501 X, the value of determination R Square is 0.647 which has a moderate average and a sig value of 0.000 <0.05 The conclusion is that the librarian's performance on user satisfaction has the effect of sig 0.000 <0.05, which means it has a positive relationship. and has a librarian employee performance contribution to user satisfaction of R Square 0.647 KEYWORDS: INFLUENCE, EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE, LIBRARY SATISFACTION
