Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk meneliti pengaruh iklim organisasi dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada PT. Indo Bismar Surabaya yang beralamat di Bendul Merisi Selatan Airdas No. 59-61 Bendul Merisi, Kecamatan Wonocolo, Kota Surabaya, Jawa Timur, yang merupakan perusahaan swasta yang bergerak dibidang telekomunikasi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dan teknik pengambilan sampel yang dilakukan melalui probability sampling yaitu Simple Random Sampling dengan jumlah 53 karyawan. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara dan penyebaran kuesioner melalui google form. Metode penelitian dibantu dengan program Partial Least Square yang digunakan sorfware SmartPLS versi 4.0.8.6. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan menunjukkan pengaruh positif tidak signifikan, kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan, iklim organisasi terhadap motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan, kecerdasan emosional terhadap motivasi berpengaruh positif signifikan, motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan berpengaruh positif signifikan, iklim organisasi terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif signifikan, dan kecerdasan emosional terhadap kinerja karyawan melalui motivasi sebagai variabel intervening berpengaruh positif signifikan.
