Abstract
The success of an organization cannot be separated from the existence and influence of human resources in it. Human resources are the main driving force in the organization in carrying out all its activities in an effort to achieve goals. Employee performance is one of the factors that influence the success of an organization. Employee performance is the result of work in quality and quantity achieved by an employee in carrying out his duties in accordance with the responsibilities given to him The purpose of this study is to prove and analyze whether the transformational leadership style, work environment and workload have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Mertex Indonesia, this research is included in quantitative research. The research subjects were employees of the production division of PT. Mertex Indonesia. The sample in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Mertex Indonesia, totaling 75 people. with random sampling technique, the data is processed using multiple linear analysis with classical assumption analysis used, among others, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test while for hypothesis testing using t test and f test, The results showed that partially Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Workload have a significant effect on the performance of employees in the production department of PT. Mertex Indonesia. Simultaneously Transformational Leadership Style, Work Environment, Workload have a significant effect on the performance of production employees at PT.
