Abstract
This study aims to determine the simultaneous and partial effect of Job Stress, Work Environment, and Work Discipline on Employee Performance at PT. Karmand Mitra Andalan Surabaya. This type of research is quantitative research and all data is obtained through interviews and questionnaires. The sample in this study were employees of the production division of PT. Karmand Mitra Andalan Surabaya, totaling 50 people. The sampling technique uses the saturated sample method. The data analysis method used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, classical assumption test, and the coefficient of determination. The hypothesis testing technique uses the F test and the t test. The results of this study indicate that work stress, work environment, and work discipline simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at PT. Karmand Mitra Andalan Surabaya. other results show that partially Job Stress has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT. Karmand Mitra Andalan Surabaya, while the Work Environment and Work Discipline partially have a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance at PT.
