Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji analisis pengaruh dari variabel Motivasi,Lingkungan Kerja, dan Kompensasi terhadap Kinerja Karyawan PT. Tri Tunggal Putra. Pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif. Populasi yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan yang bekerja di PT. Tri Tunggal Putra. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan rumus slovin dengan persen kelonggaran ketidak telitian karena kesalahan penelitian sampel 10%, dan diperoleh jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 responden. Dengan menggunakan perhitungan SPSS versi 26. Hasil dari nilai koefisien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa nilai R Square sebesar 0,673 atau 67,3% yang artinya besar pengaruh signifikan Motivasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kompensasi (X3) terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) adalah 67,3%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 32,7% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti. Hasil uji F menunjukan bahwa variabel motivasi, lingkungan kerja, dan kompensasi secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari nilai Fhitung sebesar 31,510 dengan nilai signifikan sebesar 0.000 < 0,05. Untuk hasil uji hipotesis uji t variabel motivasi menunjukan bahwa motivasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari nilai (koefisien standardized coefficient) positif sebesar 0,351 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,022 <0,05. Variabel lingkungan kerja menunjukan bahwa lingkungan kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari nilai (koefisien standardized coefficient) positif sebesar 0,340 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,038 <0,05. Variabel kompensasi menunjukan bahwa kompensasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dapat dilihat dari nilai (koefisien standardized coefficient) positif sebesar 0,304 dan nilai signifikan sebesar 0,003 <0,05. Hasil penelitian ini adalah Motivasi, Lingkungan Kerja dan Kompensasi secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Motivasi (X1), Lingkungan Kerja (X2), dan Kompensasi (X3) secara simultan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan (Y) PT. Tri Tunggal Putra.
