Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance at CV. Mulia Jaya, Surabaya City. The population in this study were warehouse employees CV. Mulia Jaya, totaling 120 people. Respondents from this study as many as 55 people, who are warehouse employees CV. Mulia Jaya Surabaya. The method of data collection is using a questionnaire with the sampling technique using probability sampling type propotionate stratified random sampling. Furthermore, the data were analyzed using instrument test, classical assumption test, multiple linear analysis, and hypothesis testing. The data processing uses the IBM SPSS Statistics 26 program. The results of the analysis in this study by testing the validity that all statements or indicators used by all variables are valid. The results of the Reliability Test show that all indicators are reliable because the Cronbach's Alpha values are all larger. The results of the Normality Test show that the residual value is normally distributed because the existing points follow and approach the diagonal line. Multicollinearity test results show that there is no multicollinearity. Heteroscedasticity test results show that there is no heteroscedasticity because the data points are scattered and do not form a certain pattern. The results of the Multiple Linear Regression Analysis among the three variables that are more dominant in influencing the employee performance variable, namely the work motivation variable. The results of the Coefficient of Determination Analysis obtained that the Adjusted R-Square value was greater so that the influence of work ethics, work discipline and work motivation on employee performance was greater and the rest was influenced by other variables not examined. The results of the T test show that work ethic, work discipline and work motivation partially have a significant effect on employee performance. The results of the F test show that work ethics, work discipline and work motivation simultaneously have a significant effect on employee performance.
