Abstract

Dalam program bisnis alur sistem energi listrik di PT PLN (PERSERO) dari proses penyaluran pembangkitan sampai ke pelanggan distribusi adalah salah satu faktor kehandalan sistem yang harus di jaga agar pendistribusian tidak mengalami deviasi antara penjualan dengan pembelian energi listrik. Salah satu peyebab permasalahan pada transaksi energi listrik adalah deviasi kWh meter. Terdapat beberapa faktor utama penyebab deviasi diantaranya kesalahan pembacaan kWh meter, gagal baca oleh sistem AMR (Auto Meter Reading), kesalahan penginputan pada data base, dan anomali pada peralatan energi listrik. Oleh karena itu tujuan dari penelitian kami adalah menganalisis deviasi kWh meter dan memberikan solusi agar deviasi kWh meter tidak terjadi berulang kembali. Kata kunci: Deviasi, Penyaluran Energi Listrik, Pelanggan (In the business program, the flow of the electrical energy system at PT PLN (PERSERO) from the distribution process of generation to distribution customers is one of the system reliability factors that must be maintained so that distribution does not deviate between sales and purchases of electrical energy. One of the causes of problems in electrical energy transactions is the deviation of the kWh meter. There are several main factors causing deviations including kWh meter reading errors, failed to read by the AMR (Auto Meter Reading) system, input errors in the data base, and anomalies in electrical energy equipment. Therefore, the purpose of our research is to analyze the deviation of the kWh meter and provide a solution so that the deviation of the kWh meter does not occur again.
