Abstract

Communication on social media is important to learn because in the era of digital globalization, organizations and companies must compete more fiercely and ensure communication efficiency to convey information. One of the public media that relatively popular is WhatsApp, a full-featured chat application with a lot of appeal. Asynchronous communication is any communication in which there is a time lag between when one person conveys information and others receive the information. To expedite and maximize activities in conveying information, I as a researcher will create an information system with e-Reminder service facilities as an activity reminder and Asyncronous Communication Platform facilities to communicate between one employee and another. By using the SDLC Waterfall method, employees in the company can easily communicate and remind when there is important activity information.
