Abstract
This study discusses the effect of work stress, resilience and competence on employee performance at PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk Surabaya. The purpose of the research to be achieved is to find out and analyze Job Stress, Resilience and Competence partially or simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk Surabaya. This study uses data sampling of 75 employees at PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk Surabaya by distributing questionnaires using quantitative data types. In the results of the research, the t test showsthat the work stress variable has a negative or no significant effect on employee performance. Resilience and Competence variables have a positive or significant effect on employee performance. And the results of the F test indicate that the variables of Work Stress, Resilience and Competence simultaneously affect employee performance at PT Satria Antaran Prima Tbk Surabaya.
