Abstract
The quality of health services provided by hospitals will directly affect the health status of the community. One way for organizations to achieve effectiveness and efficiency is to have employees with good Organizational Citizenship Behavior. One of the factors that can influence Organizational Citizenship Behavior is Meaningful Work. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is a relationship between Meaningful Work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Subjects in this study amounted to 144 Health Workers Aisyiyah Hospital Bojonegoro. This research is a correlational quantitative research using accidental sampling. The results of the study using the Spearman rank correlation test obtained a value of 0.266 with p = 0.001 (p <0.05) so it can be concluded that there is a significant positive correlation between the Meaningful work variable and Organizational Citizenship Behavior. The higher the meaningful work of Health Workers, the higher the Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Health Workers and conversely the lower the meaningful work of Health Workers, the lower the Organizational Citizenship Behavior for Health Workers. Seeing from these results the hypothesis which states that there is a positive relationship between Meaningful work and Organizational Citizenship Behavior in Health Workers of Aisyiyah Bojonegoro Hospital is accepted.
